Cooper Bikes for Sale
The Cooper Company is well known for their cars; however in 2009 they decided to extend their expertise to bicycles. The company has been in business for 50 years and they’ve chosen to utilize the designs of the 1960’s lightweight racing bikes. Bike names T100 Monza and T100 Sebring are named in honor of the Company’s past championship winnings. The Cooper Company began in 1946 with Charles Cooper, a mechanic who worked with driver Kaye Don. Don was famous for world records in land-speed. With this inspiration Charles Cooper built the first cooper car.
The Cooper car company was the world’s first and main car builder to offer quality automobiles to private consumers for purchase after the war. In 1964 the Mini Coopers came into production and is still a popular car sold today. In 1985 the company used the quality of their name to manufacture engine-tuning kits and performance parts specified for the Mini-Cooper, these kits sold very well and other car companies wanted in on the market.
The Cooper Company Enters the Bicycle Industry
Coopers first two bikes were invented in the style of a track bike; they have focused on excellent maneuverability with ease and efficiency. The Monza comes in dark blue with flat handle bars. The Sebring is available in silver and the handle bars are bullhorn. Cooper intended to manufacture bikes to offer consumers the highest quality products at affordable prices.

The Cooper Company wanted to honor the 50th anniversary of the Formula 1 World Championship win in 1959. Cooper bikes are built for speed and racing, those who choose this brand of bicycle can feel confident that they are buying a quality item.
