Andy Loveland brilliantly invented these Early Rider bikes so that very young children could learn to ride bicycles without the use of training wheels. He actually originated the idea because he wanted his own son to learn to ride a bike with no stabilizing training wheels and thus the design was born. The Classic was the first model of this British company in Henley, England. Child safety is a high priority as is the Early Rider bikes' ability to allow children to learn while they enjoy their rides.

About Early Rider Bikes
There are three model lines available: 20 months, 2 years, and 3.5 years. Older children can ride these sturdy bikes, too. Constructed of light birch wood, these Early Rider Bikes feature a flame detailing on both sides for added flair and the frame color can be natural wood or pink. The unrestricted steering makes learning to steer fun. The seat has an embroidered faux leather covering. Tires sized 12" by 1.95" are fitted onto the aluminum rims.
Toddlers and young children can safely straddle these Early Rider bikes and begin the fun of bike riding. This riding bikes is enjoyed by adults and children and the young child can easily start to learn. They will gradually build in confidence and balance.
