While it was going strong, this company came to an end. When did this happen? This happened in 2009. the reason is that they had filed for bankruptcy. The reason was because they owed money to the creditors as well as the patent holders. From there, it went to a new company. It went to Dorel Industries who paid five point two million dollars for it. They had already gotten all these other brands. They just added this one to the ones they needed.
